This workshop explores the integration of culturally responsive, trauma-informed care with abolitionist principles to create transformative healing spaces. Participants will gain tools to navigate the intersections of culture, systemic oppression, and embodied trauma while fostering empowerment and safety. Through experiential exercises, group discussions, and somatic practices, attendees will learn to facilitate inclusive, healing environments that honor both individual and collective experiences. Focused on practical application, this workshop offers a framework for moving beyond punitive models, promoting liberation, and creating spaces where people can heal and reclaim their agency. Limited to 12 participants!

July 2025 – March 2026: “Somatic Seasonal Aliveness Development (S.S.A.D)”. This 4-part series utilizes Politicized Somatics, meditation, visualization, indigenous wisdom, storytelling, and poetry. Each session focuses on the lessons and learnings available to us in each season. The presenter draws from the centuries-old wisdom that the natural world can offer as we fight for a more just world. Participants will journey together in exploring the rhythm of the elements and their blueprint for liberation. This space is an invitation for reflection, practice, and presence.
