Embodied Consulting

Are you seeking to support your organization, team, or community in cultivating more sustainable, accessible, and connected ways of working together? My consulting services are grounded in disability justice and offer a collaborative, body-centered approach to strengthening presence, communication, and collective care.

This work understands bodies and nervous systems as diverse, impacted by systems of power, and shaped by lived experience. Somatic consulting supports organizations in recognizing how ableism, urgency, and burnout show up in the body—and in developing practices that honor difference, interdependence, and access.

Consulting Services Include

Accessible Group Somatic Practices
Somatic and mindfulness practices designed to cultivate with aliveness, power and choice, supporting a wide range of bodies, sensory experiences, and energy levels. Practices emphasize consent, pacing, and adaptation, and can be engaged seated, standing, moving, or resting.

Embodied Team & Community Connection
Deepening relational awareness and collective presence, supporting teams in building trust, improving communication, and navigating conflict and change with care—while honoring individual access needs and boundaries.

Disability Justice–Informed Facilitation
All sessions are facilitated through a disability justice lens, centering access, anti-ableist practice, and collective responsibility. This includes trauma-informed approaches, clear communication, multiple ways of participating, and a commitment to learning from disabled and marginalized leadership.

Customized, Responsive Engagements
Each consulting engagement is tailored to the specific context, goals, and access needs of the organization or group. Sessions may include embodied practices, reflective dialogue, and practical tools that support long-term integration and sustainability.

Consulting services are designed for organizations, teams, and communities across sectors and do not require prior experience with somatic or embodiment practices.

These services may be especially supportive for:

  • Organizations seeking to align their programs, policies, practices with their values.

  • Teams navigating change, transitions, burnout, or growth while prioritizing sustainability and access

  • Groups engaged in care work, education, or social justice seeking embodied practices that support accountability and interdependence

Is your organization ready to cultivate more accessible, embodied ways of working together? I offer somatically grounded consulting as partnership—supporting presence, resilience, and meaningful connection while centering disability justice, care, and collective liberation. I know the world is bruised and bleeding, and though it is important not to ignore its pain, it is also critical to refuse to succumb to its malevolence. Like failure, chaos contains information that can lead to knowledge - even wisdom. Like art.
